After clicking the "View Webcam Now" link in step 5 below, you will may be prompted to install an ActiveX Control. If you see the message below, simply click "Install ActiveX Control".
You will then be prompted to intall the the webcam driver shown in the picture below. Simply click "Install".
That's it! You should see a live webcam feed similar to this:
