Sara Green is the Marketing Director for Independent Living and the Assisted Living Pavilion. Sara brings 19 years experience in the senior living industry to the Marquette team. She was born and raised in Hendersonville, North Carolina. She graduated from Appalachian State University and majored in Sociology with a minor in Gerontology. She moved to the Indianapolis area after college to be close to her grandparents. Sara started working in senior living in 1992 and has held positions including: activity assistant, social services director, admissions director, and lastly Director of Sales and Marketing. Sara is married to Todd Green and they reside in Carmel with their two lovely daughters.

Brandi Shrader, residency counselor, has been part of the Marketing team for several years and was named Employee of the Month in August 2010. She thoroughly enjoys assisting those who consider making Marquette their new home. Brandi’s background includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana as well as senior living experience dating back to 1999.

Assisted Living
Kate Webster is the marketing coordinator for the Assisted Living Pavilion. She was employee of the month for Marquette in December of 2009. She graduated from Saint Mary’s College in South Bend with a degree in Communications. For eight years she lived in Lexington, Ky., and worked in the wedding industry. Kate is finding many correlations between her position at Marquette and her experience as a bridal consultant.
