We offer three financial options for independent living residents, each one with their own unique advantages. Depending on your situation, you may favor one choice over the other. Call or come by to talk with one of our sales counselors to discuss which option might be right for you.
80% Return-of-Capital™ Plan
At Marquette, we understand the commitment you make when you choose our community, which is why we make a financial commitment to you with our 80% Return-of-Capital Plan. This plan refunds the majority of your entrance fee to you or your estate regardless of how long you reside in our community. As with the Endowment Plan, you continue to pay only your Monthly Service Fee and any health care you may need.
50% Return-of-Capital™ Plan
This new plan provides you or your estate with a full 50% refund of the initial Entrance Fee upon re-occupation of your apartment after you leave Marquette Manor. No matter how long you live at the community, you will be entitled to a 50% refund of your Entrance Fee while enjoying the many advantages of continuing care without permanent reduction of estate capital. As with the Endowment Plan, you continue to pay only your Monthly Service Fee and any health care you may need.
Endowment/Traditional Plan
The ENDOWMENT PLAN allows you to enjoy the benefits of continuing care for a moderate price. Under this plan 90% (ninety percent) of the Entrance Fee is refunded to you, or to your estate, less an amount equal to 1/48th of the Fee for each month you have lived at Marquette Manor. In other words, 90% (ninety percent) is endowed over a 48 month period. At the end of the 48 months there is no refund, but you continue to pay only your Monthly Service Fee and any health care you may need.
The joining Marquette community at the Assisted Living Pavilion or Reflections Dementia Care Neighborhood requires only a monthly service fee and refundable deposit of 2 months.
