Our residents enjoy a lovely 48 acre wooded campus. The Manor building and surrounding cottages are carefully positioned, with special attention to landscaping features including large expanses of lawn, two ponds, a variety of shade and flowering trees, shrubs and beautiful flower beds.

When weather permits, the residents enjoy the putting greens.

At Marquette Manor,

residents are protected from the weather as they enter the building through a canopied drive. Transportation is provided to local shopping centers, medical appointments and a variety of special activities and trips.

Our Main Lounge offers a wonderful place to meet friends and is the site of many activities including cocktail parties, dances, movies and receptions.

Our centrally located private lounges offer opportunities for cards, games or meeting with friends.

On the first floor of the Manor building you'll find "Downtown Marquette." With a full service branch bank, convenience store and hair salon, residents are able to take care of many routine errands without leaving home. Family and friends visiting from out of town may enjoy a stay in one of our guest suites.

A library with over 3,000 volumes, a chapel and auditorium allow our residents to enjoy lifelong learning through guest speakers and lectures, a variety of books and current magazines.

Attending services in our chapel makes it easy to maintain a spiritual connection even during times of bad weather or illness.

The Dining Room...

Dining is always a pleasure in our elegant dining room, where residents can choose to start the day with a full breakfast or meet with friends for a gourmet lunch or dinner. Continuous service throughout the day allows residents to plan meals around their busy schedules. Guests are always welcome in the dining room, and residents may reserve our private dining room for family dinners, parties, or other special gatherings.

The apartments vary in size from one bedrooms to large two bedroom expanded apartments, but they all offer our residents the opportunity to express their personal styles in choices of paint, carpet, furnishings and decorations. Each apartment has several closets plus an individual storage space available in our lower level.

Carefree Living...

Cottages offer special options to residents who want the feel of a free-standing home but appreciate letting our staff handle the heavy work involved in lawn care, maintenance and housekeeping. The cottages are all two bedrooms and two baths with a range in size from 1,640 to over 2,600 square feet. Many of our cottage residents enjoy gardening. Some individuals choose cottage living because it allows them the opportunity to keep a well-loved pet.
